How it works:
Choose Award Keeper - Contact us today to get set up with your Promotional Materials.
Promotional “Kit” is shipped in advance of the event and includes:
- Display Album with Awards and Medals inserted
*must be returned after event
- Product Line Samples
*Must be returned or purchased after event
- Handout Flyer Template
* custom flyer provided digitally to be printed by club/team
- Order Forms
- .jpeg of Award Keeper logo for use in program and web links.
- Product Line: Frequently Asked Questions sheet
Set-up at your event - Using the Promotional materials provided take orders at your event.
Methods of Payment will be made directly to the Organization.
Award Keeper is committed to assisting you every step of the way.
We are available toll free 7 days/week to answer questions that may arise during your event.
Collect the Funds -
At the end of the event send all orders to Award Keeper with 85% of the order total.
Organization retains remaining 15% of the product orders.
Award Keeper Will ship directly to each customer within 10 days of receiving orders
In some cases, the organization would like to have product inventory
on hand at the event. In this case, please contact us to discuss the options.
